Description
- Handcrafted of solid reclaimed elm timbers
- Rough-hewn planks are carefully hand-selected, planed and sanded
- Finish is achieved through a multistep process that includes staining and dry brushing
- Bears the patina of reclaimed wood and is accented with distinctive nicks, wood patches, exposed knots and imperfections that speak to the wood's provenance
- By their nature, salvaged wood planks may be somewhat uneven, and may cup, bow slightly or develop additional cracks over time, further enhancing their rustic one-of-a-kind character
- This item is artisan crafted with meticulous care. Given its handmade and hand-finished nature, variations in the wood are to be expected and celebrated. Each item is unique and no two are exactly alike.
- A high-quality, clear furniture wax has been applied to protect the finish from minor spills. To maintain the finish, we recommend using a similar high-quality furniture wax as directed. Note that slight variations in color may result; test on an inconspicuous area first.
